Hammer Medical Supply’s Ottumwa branch opened in July of 2003, and is now one of our fastest growing branches. The Ottumwa branch currently employs seven full time staff. The Ottumwa branch is managed by Carol Herr, an LPN who has been with Hammer Medical Supply for ten years. Our Assistant Manager, Kacy Saner, is also an LPN, and has been with the company since 2009. Kacy has previous experience in the field of pulmonary medicine. Additional customer service is provided by Laura McDonald, who handles Ottumwa’s CPAP set ups and has three years previous experience at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center’s Sleep Lab, and by Loretta Hankins, who has been helping our customers with their home medical needs since 2009. Chris Dicks, our Rehabilitation Technician, has been with Hammer Medical Supply for more than two years, and works with patients with mobility equipment needs, including manual and power wheelchairs and scooters. Our Delivery Technicians, Todd Holman and Rob McKinnon, work closely with patients in their home, performing equipment set ups.
